Necessities For a Great Meditation Space

Meditation is a mindfullness practice where an individual focusses the mind on a particular thought, or activity in order to train attention and awareness and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state. The 5 stages of meditation are awareness of the present moment, subduation of negative mind, mindfulness of meditation object, awareness and commitment. It is best to select a quiet space, making sure it is free of clutter for letting go of stressful feelings. A soothing meditative space evokes feelings of peace and tranquility. It can serve various purposes. In order to cultivate calm and strengthen our meditation practice, it is better to create a dedicated space for it, for effective practice of mediation. When one engages with consistency, the brain gets a message to sink it more easily. If you sit down in the same place at around the same time, your body and neural network will learn that this is when we calm down for a while and dive within oneself. This space can be a corner, closet, backyard or garden itself.
