Ways To Practice Gratitude

Showing gratitude is a required practice  in this present world. Putting a smile on the face and speaking some words of gratitude can bring good feelings and it is admirable to share our gratitude and good feelings with others. It also does quite a lot for our mental wellbeing. People who exhibit gratitude report fewer aches and pains, enjoy higher wellbeing and enhances empathy and reduces aggression. People who are grateful in day to day lives have increased self-esteem mainly due to their ability to appreciate others accomplishments and take criticisms in a better way. It also increases mental strength and helps build a more lasting relationship with surroundings. practice practice
