Importance: A regular routine is important as it can increase productivity, enhance overall health and well being. Productive mornings contribute to successful days. The first rule in setting a routine is that, it has to be person specific. A routine that works for your friend, does not have to be specifically working for you too. So the best way is to make one’s own routine.

Sleeping, eating and exercising are the main and crucial rules for a healthy lifestyle and these must be fixed in your routine to cater to your daily needs and extract its benefits. Having a routine reduces the need to make decisions each day. It enables us to know exactly what tasks we need to do each day without the need to contemplate or think too much.
A daily routine also adds a logical sequence in our lives, and makes us work time efficiently, as time is non retrievable. Good habits start with repetition, and it comes from daily routine. Adhering to routine helps replace our bad habits with good ones through repetition. The core objective of daily routine is to prioritize and decide what is important to us. The tremendous satisfaction at the end of the day after the routine has been followed, provides us with the fuel to continue our routine and reap the continuous benefits from it.
